Your purchase is 100% assured to be of high quality and protected under purchase policy as below. The policy is applicable for instore shopping and online purchases.

Exchange policy

• Customer may exchange an item within 7 days from date of invoice. The items must be returned in unused condition.
• In case exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, customer the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be refunded to the customer. One order can be exchanged only once.
• New item will be charged as per market rate as on date of exchange
• For exchange online, a return shipping fee may be charged for a customer
• Customer must send the original invoice along with the product
• In case the customer cannot produce the original invoice, the product will be evaluated to ascertain that it is purchased from our store only.
• Made to order items/bespoke items cannot be exchanged/returned.

Return policy

• If for any reasons a customer does not want the product, he/she can return it within 7 days from date of purchase for a full refund
• For online orders, 2 way shipping will be charged for all returns
• Made to order/bespoke items cannot be returned for a refund

Buyback policy

• Gold purchased from Shama & Brother can be exchanged for full value of Gold for lifetime. Exchange value is calculated as per gold rate pertaining to the date of exchange.
• Silver items will be bought back for full value of silver based on purity. Exchange value is calculated as per silver rate pertaining to the date of exchange

Silver items when exposed to air becomes black after sometime. This is because the silver metal reacts with sulpher present in the atmosphere and forms silver sulphide which deposits on the surface making it appear dull and black.
